We currently ship across Egypt.

Processing Time

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping on orders above 600 EGP.
• Shipping charges for orders below 600 EGP will be calculated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your shipping provider.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or failure to receive the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
