Products can be returned within 7 working days of delivery if:

– They are unused and in original packaging.

– They are defective or damaged.

– A wrong item was delivered.

Note: Opened or used skincare items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

– Opened/used products (unless defective).

– Gift cards, promotional items.

– Items marked “Final Sale.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

– Customers cover return shipping unless the error was ours.
