The Best Skincare Routine Pre and Post Workout

Maintaining a proper skincare routine before and after workouts is essential for protecting your skin from damage and promoting overall skin health. Exercise can lead to increased sweat production, exposure to environmental pollutants, and changes in skin hydration levels. Here’s a guide to the best skincare practices to adopt before and after your workout.

 

Pre-Workout Skincare Routine

Cleanse Your Skin:

Start with a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt, oil, or makeup from your skin. This helps prevent clogged pores during your workout, which can lead to breakouts.

Apply a Lightweight Moisturizer:

Use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer to hydrate your skin without clogging pores. Look for products that contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin, which help retain moisture.

Use Sunscreen:

Post-Workout Skincare Routine
